Educational and informational service

KeyLevel IQ provides general market-reference information for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes. Nothing provided by the service is personalized financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice.

Single-user license

Access is licensed to one named subscriber only. The license is limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable. The subscriber may not share account credentials or permit another person to use the account.

No redistribution

Subscribers may not redistribute, forward, repost, republish, reproduce, copy, screen-share, transmit, display, sell, sublicense, or otherwise provide KeyLevel IQ market maps, levels, zones, alerts, screenshots, images, downloads, emails, or related content to any third party without written authorization from KeyLevel IQ.

Content protection and enforcement

Protected content may include customer-specific visible watermarks, masked account information, license identifiers, per-view reference codes, and technical identifiers. KeyLevel IQ may maintain access and security logs to protect the service, investigate suspected account sharing or redistribution, and enforce these Terms.

Suspension and termination

KeyLevel IQ may suspend or terminate access when it reasonably believes an account is being shared, content is being redistributed, or the service is otherwise being used in violation of these Terms.

Market risk and no guarantees

Market zones are reference areas only and do not guarantee support, resistance, rejection, acceptance, continuation, profitability, or any other market outcome. Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including loss of capital.
